Albany County Stockgrowers Wyoming
ACSG promotes agriculture in Albany County through educational programs like Wyoming Ag in the Classroom as well as supporting local youth through our Supreme Cow and Ewe Program, awards at County Fair and an annual scholarship. Our local group also works with the Wyoming Stockgrowers organization to advocate for producers and Wyoming’s agricultural interests on a national and global scale.

2026 ACSG Memorial Scholarships due April 30, 2026
We are now accepting applications for the 2026 Memorial Scholarships in memory of Kolton Moss and Garth Churches.
Scholarship Information:
Eligibility
Applicant must fill out and return the application on or before the deadline.
Applicant must be an ACSG member, child of an ACSG member, a member of the Albany County 4H, a member of the Rock Creek Valley FFA, or a member of the Snowy Range FFA.
Applicant must be able to explain how the scholarship money will help them become an asset to the agricultural industry.
Applicant must intend to enroll in post-high school training.
Applicant may only receive the scholarship once.
B. Number and amount of awards
Two scholarships will be awarded this year. Each scholarship will be in the amount of $500.00, to be used for tuition, books and fees by the recipient.
Selection
The selection committee will consist of the Board of Directors for the Albany County Stockgrowers.
Recipients will be determined based on their:
-Community Involvement
-Personal Goals
-Willingness to be an asset for the agricultural industry in the future.
3. An interview may be requested by the selection committee.
Information to be included with the application:
A copy of applicant’s current high school or post-high school transcript.
Two current letters of recommendation.
